I have been writing software for the past 24 years, initially for big companies like Symantec and Netscape, and later for startups.  Since 2000 I have been CEO of Carbon Five, an Agile product development shop.  In that time I've helped open five offices and grow our team to 90 developers, designers and product managers.  I've worked with over 100 companies of all sizes to help them design and develop products, build strong teams and establish a sustainable product development process.  I'm excited to take that experience and help others that are earlier along on their journey.
